2026 - 2027 Shoe List & Dress Code

This season, we will allow similar items (for example, different brands, different styles of bodysuits, etc.) as long as they adhere to the Base Requirements outline below.

Recreational Team

The Base requirements for dress code are: 

Ballet

Shoes:

12 and under:  So Danca SD16 pink or similar

13+:  Wear Moi Vesta Canvas Arch Support Split Sole Dark Pink or similar 

Required Dance Wear: 

• Female:

  • Black bodysuit

  • Ballet tights in Ballet Pink 

• Male: 

  • Tight black shorts, with black soccer style shorts over top.

  • Slim fit black t-shirt.

Optional Dance Wear (over bodysuit):

• Tight black shorts NOT basketball shorts 

OR

• Black ballet wrap skirt

Jazz

Shoes: 

All Classes Capezio E Series Slip On #EJ2C in Caramel or similar 

Required Dance Wear: 

• Female:

  • Black bodysuits

  • Tights in Beige/Tan

• Male:

  • Tight black shorts, with black soccer style shorts over top

  • Slim fit black t-shirt

Optional Dance Wear: (over bodysuit)

• Tight black shorts NOT basketball shorts 

Tap

Shoes: 

All Classes: Capezio CG19 or similar with laces or similar 

Required Dance Wear: 

• Female:

  • Black bodysuits

  • Tights in Beige/Tan

• Male:

  • Tight black shorts, with black soccer style shorts over top

  • Slim fit black t-shirt

Optional Dance Wear: (over bodysuit)

• Tight black shorts NOT basketball shorts 

Hip Hop

Shoes:

All Classes: Clean Indoor Running Shoes

Required Dance Wear:

• Plain Black T-shirt with no pictures, no writing, no logos with the exception of Skyline wear

• Black sweatpants 

Acro

Required Dance Wear: 

• Black bodysuit

• Footless tights in tan/beige

• No Shoes

Optional Dance Wear: (over bodysuit)

• Tight black shorts NOT basketball shorts

Musical Theatre

Shoes: 

All Classes: Capezio E Series Slip On #EJ2C in Caramel or Similar

Required Dance Wear: 

• Female:

  • Black bodysuits

  • Tights in tan/beige

• Male:

  • Tight black shorts, with black soccer style shorts over top

  • Slim fit black t-shirt

Optional Dance Wear: (over bodysuit)

• Tight black shorts NOT basketball shorts 

Contemporary/Lyrical

Shoes: 

All Classes: Capezio E Series Slip On #EJ2C in Caramel or Similar

Required Dance Wear: 

• Black bodysuits

• Footless tights in tan/beige

A Note: 

Dancers can always start class with a long sleeve Skyline Shirt, Skyline Sweatshirt or Skyline Team Jacket if they are cold. It must be removed after warm up.
